All payments shall be in US dollars.

5. Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.

Cancellation

Fee Changes

We may from time to time make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than the purpose for which we make the Services available.

• Systematically retrieve data from the Services without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
• Interfere with security-related features or use the Services unlawfully.
• Use automated systems, scrapers, bots, or unauthorized scripts.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person or group.

7. User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow users to submit reviews or other Contributions. When you create or make available Contributions, you represent that you have the rights and permissions to do so and that your Contributions are not false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing.

8. Contribution License

You and the Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices. By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

9. Guidelines for Reviews

If you post reviews, they should be based on firsthand experience and must not be offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful. We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion.

10. Mobile Application License

Use License

If you access the Services via the App, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms in these Legal Terms.

Apple and Android Devices

Additional terms apply when you use the App obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, including compliance with app distributor terms and acknowledgement that the distributors are third-party beneficiaries of this license.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not investigate, monitor, or check those sites or content for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness and are not responsible for them.

12. Services Management

We reserve the right to monitor the Services, take legal action for violations, restrict or disable access to Contributions, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
