  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

NavPort does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any third-party data or services. Use of such services is at your own risk.

    7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
  • NavPort relies on multiple third-party and proprietary data sources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or data made available through the App, including but not limited to flight information, navigation directions, airport details, store listings, and estimated times.
  • NavPort is not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on the data presented in the App.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

    • 8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful.

    9. Modifications to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
